Data shows that in 2023, a total of 11 units in Shanghai were rated as pilot demonstration factories for intelligent manufacturing, and 33 units were rated as intelligent manufacturing scenes in 62 scenarios. The number of rated factories and scenes ranks among cities in the country, and the total number of intelligent factories and scenes in the city has doubled. Among them, 21 scenarios in the automotive field were selected for the list, with a total number and selection ratio. The full scenario construction of intelligent manufacturing in Shanghai's automotive industry has shown remarkable results.
In addition, Shanghai has cultivated 3 benchmark intelligent factories, 19 demonstration intelligent factories, and 111 intelligent manufacturing scenarios in 60 units. The average production efficiency of completed smart factories has increased by 50%, operating costs have decreased by an average of 30%, driving a cumulative decrease of 13.8% in energy consumption per unit of added value.
With the increasing support of intelligent factory construction for advanced manufacturing, the resilience of the industrial chain and supply chain has been effectively improved, and the foundation for the development of the manufacturing industry has been continuously strengthened. It is reported that Shanghai has become a hub for intelligent manufacturing system integration solutions and an industrial cluster for intelligent manufacturing core equipment in China. The total output value of intelligent manufacturing system integration industry has exceeded 60 billion yuan, and the scale of intelligent manufacturing equipment industry has exceeded 100 billion yuan.
